TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ENTRY
The tournament is open to men only in 2011. You may enter the singles, doubles or both events at the same time.
ENTRY FEE
The entry fee is €85 or CZK 2200 for one event and €95 or CZK 2450 for two events. The guest registration fee is €35 or CZK 900.
Payment must be made by bank transfer (or Paypal) at the latest 7 days after the organisers confirm your entry and invite you to pay via e-mail. In the event of your payment not being credited to the relevant account in time, your entry will not be fully accepted and you will be placed on a waiting list. You must transfer the entire amount and pay all the related bank fees. If the organisers do not receive the full amount by bank transfer, they may require the player/guest to pay the rest on the spot in cash. Make a reference to the full name of the player or guest in your payment.

NOTE: Please make sure you send euros. If you do not, we reserve the right to collect from you the extra charges we may incur in relation to that.
You can also use Paypal to transfer the fee in CZK (from your Paypal account to: mibohm@seznam.cz) but please include a 4% fee (charged to heterosexuals as well).
ENTRY FEE DISCOUNT
Full-time students may claim a 30% discount on their entry fee.
Active Prague Friendly Tennis Club members (i.e. those who have participated in at least two PFTC events in the previous year) are entitled to a special entry fee of CZK 2300 for two events and CZK 2000 for one event.
To obtain the discount:
1) Mention STUDENT or CLUB MEMBER respectively in the Comment field of the entry form.
2) Pay the FULL entry fee (club members must pay in CZK from a CZK account).
3) Get your discount in cash at the tournament desk upon arrival - students must produce a valid ISIC card.
ENTRY FEE REFUND
Full refunds (minus related bank charges) will be given to players who withdraw from the tournament before the registration is ended. If you withdraw after the registration is ended, the organisers reserve the right not to issue a refund, primarily in the event of no other player replacing you.
PLAYER
A registered tournament player is entitled to:
- play the event(s) entered and confirmed by the organisers,
- a free welcome drink (Thursday),
- a welcome pack (T-shirt, tournament booklet, promotional items),
- participate in the guided tour of Prague,
- join the steamer cruise with reception (Saturday),
- request hosting (see below),
- hotel accommodation at discounted rates (see below).
GUEST
A player may register one guest. By registering the guest gains the following benefits:
- a free welcome drink (Thursday),
- a welcome pack (T-shirt, tournament booklet, promotional items),
- the guided tour of Prague,
- the steamer cruise with reception (Saturday),
- staying with the same host as the player (see below),
- hotel accommodation at discounted rates (see below).
A guest may also register separately. In that case he/she is entitled to all of the above except for hosting.
ACCOMMODATION:
- HOSTING
The organisers will attempt to arrange for a host for the players who have applied for hosting in the entry form. It may happen that there will be fewer hosts than applicants and in that case the applications will be satisfied on a first come, first served basis. We will try to accommodate all who request it but please note that we may not succeed and in that case we reserve the right not to arrange for a host for you. If you do not fancy our five-star hosted accommodation, you can book rooms at special rates in our four-star tournament hotel located in a wonderful spot – an 8-minute bus ride from the venue, off an underground stop and pretty close to the touristic city centre. Registration will also take place there. The tournament hotel is the NH Praha Radlicka and rooms there can be booked from EUR 55 per night. GUIDED TOUR OF PRAGUE
All registered players and guests can join a guided tour of Prague. One tour is scheduled for early Saturday evening and those who will not make it will be able to join another tour on Sunday morning. The tour will be given in English and/or German depending on what the participants will desire.
STEAMER CRUISE
There will be a steamer cruise with a party on the Vltava river open to all tournament participants on Saturday night. The event includes a reception and a midnight toast and if not live music then at least a disco. Boarding will start at 8.30 pm, the voyage itself at 9.00 pm. Party end at 02.00 but you will be able to leave the boat as from midnight.

By submitting the entry form the participant declares to have read & acknowledged the following waiver statement:
In conjunction with my participation in this tournament & the related activities & events, I agree to waive any & all rights & claims for bodily or emotional injury, injury to my reputation, or any other damage or harms that I might suffer, or any other claims of any nature I or my legal representatives may have against the Prague Friendly Tennis Open 2010 & the Prague Friendly Tennis Club, Michal Böhm, Martin Horák, Hynek Miler, Vladimír Plachý, Vladimír Vokál, GLTA & its officers, Tenis Cibulka, tournament sponsors, or any organization, facility or individual associated with this tournament & the related activities & events. I understand that I will be participating at my own risk & the above organizations, facilities, & individuals will not be responsible for any harm, injury or damage that I might suffer. I also release & waive any & all rights to claim damages or remuneration which may arise as a result of references to, photographs, images or likenesses of me which may appear in any publication or other media coverage. I understand this tournament will be governing the discipline of players & enforcing GLTA rules & regulations & the tournament rules.
